Poem #15 – The Siren

The Siren

Perched on Neptune’s bed
the waves cuts through her beckoning scales

Poison

Under Apollo’s gleam,
she twirls the Strings of Fate
and tangible musk lingers

Poison

Aphrodite’s eyes glow
and her lips part

The antidote resides within Medusa’s heart.
